Description

A letter written to Mr. T. N. Carswell, Sec.-Mgr., Abilene Chamber of Commerce, Abilene, Texas, from Rupert H. Johnson, R. H. Johnson & Co., New York, dated June 25, 1938. Johnson acknowledges his receipt of the letter from Carswell and advises that the problem which the City of Abilene faces seems to him to be two-fold and proceeds to discuss the two problems suggesting possible solutions by citing the experiences of other cities. Description

A letter written to Mr. T. N. Carswell, Sec.-Mgr., Abilene Chamber of Commerce, Abilene, Texas, from Rupert H. Johnson, R. H. Johnson & Co., New York, dated June 25, 1938. Typewritten on R. H. Johnson & Co. letterhead bearing OLD CHESTER BOND watermark; subsequent pages bear ETON BOND watermark.
