ment of the nature of this suit is
as follows:
The nature of this suit, briefly
stated, is one of tresspass to try
title, in which Plaintiffs, for
cause of action, would respect-
fully show the court:
1. That on or about April 15,
1979, was lawfully, in fee sim-
ple, seized and possessed of
realty situated in Hemphill
County. Texas, and legally de-
scribed as
All of Lots Seven (7), Eight (8)
and Nine (9). in Block Nine
(9), Connell and McAdams
Addition to the Original Town
of Canadian. Hemphill Coun-
ty, Texas.
shown by plat recorded in the
Hemphill County Deed Records,
being the same land described
in Plaintiffs Original Petition;
and,
2. Defendants claim some
right or title or lien against the
property, the exact nature being
unknown to Plaintiffs. Plaintiffs
are informed and believe and
thereon allege that Defendant's
claims are secondary to and
inferior to Plaintiff's title in the
Property.
3. Plaintiffs pray for judgment
for title and possession of said
land and for other and further
relief to which they are entitled,
as is more fully shown by
Plaintiff's Petition on file in this
suit.
If this citation is not served
within ninety (90) days after the
date of its issuance, it shall be
returned unserved.

"Pursuant to Section 43a, Public Utility Regulatory Act,
High Plains Natural Gas Company hereby expresses its
intention to change rates in the incorporated town of
Canadian, Texas.
The new rates, to be effective June 18, 1979, for the burner
tip residential and commercial customers will be as follows:

Each of the above rates except for the charge, is
to be added to the city gate rate/intracompany charge as
authorized by the Railroad Commission of Texas.
This proposed change will increase the annual revenues of
the Company by approximately $166,596 and this proposed
change will effect approximately 1213 residential and
commercial customers. This is a major change as defined in
Sect on 43b of the Public Utility Regulatory Act.
Under these proposed rates, a base 10 mcf bill will increase
fran $18.23 to $22.58. These rates are based upon March,
1979 weighted average cost of gas and the city gate rate as
presently established by the Railroad Commission in Docket
1650.
