Heart Attack
Allen Thurman Walker H7. a re-
tired pumper for I'ltzer and West,
died at 1 25 a in. Friday in Ste-
phens Memorial Hospital of a heart
condition.
Mr. W a liter had been suffering
from a heart condition since 1C57
when he was forced to retire. He
had been hospitalized in St. I aul
Hospital early in September, and
he was hospitalized here Tuesday^
Born September fi. 1893. in Good
Hope West Virginia, he was mar-
ried to the former Ellen Pollock
of Evans City. Pa., on December
15 1920 in Fort Worth. The couple
came to Breckenridge in 1920. He
was employed by the Kevere Oil
Company at that time. He had

Bus Demolished
DIJON, France W — A British
tourist bus carrying 35 persons, inj
eluding nine Americans, rammed
into a parked truck loaded with
logs near Dijon. France, last night
and was demolished.
Eight bus passengers, all believ-
ed British, were killed. Seven of
the Americans were among the
injured two oi them seriously.
Mrs. Frances Rittner of Harris-
burg Pennsylvania, was operated
on at a clinic this morning and doc-
tors said she may lose an arm.
William Rittner. also of Harris-
burg. suffered a fracture of the
right leg and was to undergo an
operation .
