the Constitution of the State of
Texas be ameniSea by adding

is Section -ffl-b which shall read
as follows:
"Section *M>. There is hereby
created a Board to be known as
the Vetera®"* Land Boned, which
shall be composed of the Governor,
the Attorney General, and the
Commissioner of the General Land
" Office. The- Legislature shall pro-
vide by taw for the issuance by

thereon, and any of such moneys
nor so needed shall be deposited
to rhe credit of the General Re-
venue Fund ro he appropriated to
uch purposes as may be prescrib-
ed by law."
