Installed By Miss Irma Cline, Dec. 2
The 1958 officers of the Desk
and Derrick Club were installed
in a candlelight ceremony Decem-
ber 2 at the Woman's Forum with
Miss Irma Cline, President of the
Association of Desk and Derrick
Clubs o't North America as instal-
ling officer. Miss Cline, of Wich-
ita Falls, hold the highest office in
the organization after previously
serving as Association Second Vice
President in 1056, Region V. Direc-
tor in 1955, and President of the
Wichita Falls club in 1954. In ac-
ceptance of the duties of her of-

in field trips, regional meetings,
conventions, and seminars dedicat-
ed to the purpose of better under-
standing the oil industry and in-
creasing the interest and scope of
service 'for the individual members.

was named 1056 International Grand Champion over all breeds,
has been officially invited to appear at the 1958 Soviet All-
I'mon Agricultural Exhibition m Moscow. Industrialist Cyrus
Eaton, shown with the prize steer bred at his Acadia Farms in
suburban Cleveland, received the invitation from the Russian
government through Ambassador Zaroubin. Troubador, who
has just completed a llHJ.OUO-mile educational tour, traveling
in his own specially equipped C & O baggage car, and several
other Shorthorns will be flown to Moscow next May.
