Carrie was a 'good hearted person', gentle and kind. She blessed

leaves to celebrate her memory: Her husband, James V. Calvert, her
sons; Vernie Hurd, Sr. (Jackie) and Terrence Hurd, one sister: Alisa F.
Jones (Clayton), two brothers: Dave Feathers, and Anthony W.
Feathers, two step children: Tamera Strange and Anthony Strange, all
of San Antonio, Texas. Carrie had seven grandchildren who she
adored: Vernie Hurd, Jr., Dante Hurd, Terrell Jr., Tanisha Hurd, Felicia
