opponent was Paradise. The
Krum girls won 3122.
Teresa Dawson made 9

and Jan Bragg had 7.
The Krum Junior High
boys lost in the tournament
February 13 14 and in the
Houston Show February 27.
Kristin Adams placed
15th out of 30 in her class
with her Angus heifer. She
too plans to take her heifer
to San Antonio and Houston.
Julie Adams placed 13th
out of 28 in her class with a
Hereford Steer. She sold her
steer while at the Fat Stock
Show.
The West family plan to
take a Charlois Steer to both
the San Antonio
Houston shows.

visited his parents, the A. R.
Meines Saturday. He has
been invited to go to St.
Louis, Mo. to read a paper
that he has written on
“Exceptional Children Their
Problems” at an Educational
Meeting to be held February
6 in that city. Meine has
been connected with the Ft.
Worth School System for
many years. He is also a
Doctoral Student at North
Texas State University.

cold and icy there and that

student poll of the Sopho-
more Class (as they
probably will be the Seniors
when the new High School
will be built) on what they
would like to have in the
new building that is in the
planning stage. 60 percent
were in favor of new classes;
50 percent in favor of a new
pool; 75 percent were in
favor of a football field and
almost all were in favor of a
student lounge with food
machines and a student
parking lot.
