Please allow me to say that you have made me
very happy by preparing the amendment menti .-
ed above.    The bill, insofar, as I can tell
is gOztE wHAN PMRRECT, however, there is no
mention in yon bill to amend Article 5519-a,.
yet I do not know that the number of the
Article to be amended, should be stated in
amending bill.
(Cardon me for calling your attention to the
above stated matter, since I am confident
that you know -erfeotly well what you are
doing,-it could be a mistake or over-site)
