motor vehicles and motorcycles

ion of the Texas Automobile
Headlight Law:
"Sectin 16. Before any tax
collector shall issue a certificate

motor vehicle or motorcycle as
new provided by law, he shall
require the presentation of a
certificate showing that thehead>
lights of such motor vehicle or
motorcycle have been tested and
adjusted at some one of the
county test stations referred to,

30 day period just preceding the
date of application for registra-
