Dear Editor,
I am proud to be a resident and a landowner in Swisher County. It has
been my observation that there are times when it appears that I don’t ap-
preciate or respect my land, but let me assure you that is definitely not so
It seems that there are folks who don’t properly dispose of their trash
and make no effort to see that it is properly contained. Thus, when the
wmds blow, or people take it upon themselves to toss items out, these
items seem to end up on the fence lines and pastureland belonging to
myself and, of course, to other landowners
This tends to give our town and our county an appearance of not being
cared for when visitors approach How can we talk about how proud we
are to be from Swisher C ounty when it looks as though we don’t care
