ON OAK RIDGE three miles east of the court house at
Breckenridge we have a 40 acre lease with oik 1
now 11 months old and producing more than 200 barrels
a day. This well has been placed in a reserve and the pro-
duction therefrom is to be used only to pay dividends on
our Units. Beginning January 1st 1921 we will pay a
monthly diuidend of five per cent on every outstanding
unit. Securities paying five per cent Monthly are never
worth less than par therefore you have won when you start.
Three More Wells at Once
We wllPat once begin drilling our Xo. 2 well with Xos 3 nnd -i
immediately following. As soon as a well Is completed It will at
once go Into the dividend reserve to Increase the monthly divi-
dend. We firmly believe that we may reasonably expect to In
crease our dally production 2."i00 orfrfOOO barrels per day with
the completion of the three new welK With this Increased
production we should be able to pay a dividend of approxi-
mately 10U per cent per mouth.
We Own Our Equipment
Our lease at the present time "has more than $.".0000.00 worth
of equipment on It. To this we are now adding Mifllclent new
equipment to cn.ible .us to drill and equip our three new wells
with our own machinery and tools. We will in fact own every
thing ou the lease except the royalty. In this item alone you
have approximately 40 per cent of every dollar Invested back of
your Investment.
Our Guarantee
The trustee Muds Mm-elf to pay to the unit holders monthly
100 per cent of'the net production taken from th icntlre lease.
Furthermore should the time wvjt come that any part of the
equipment be no longer needed he will sell It and prorate the pro-
ceeds "among the unit holders according to the number of units
owned by each.
Act Quickly
Our books.nre now open end subscriptions coming In at a rapid
gait. Due to the fact that thl the. moit liberal proposition ever
offered tbo Inventing public It Is proving to l an exceedingly pop
ular one. There are only 12.T0 units to be mM and your money
will be earning from the day It Is Invested. Mail your cheeks
today or comtTto our olflce and talk it over.
