Pursuant to the mandate of HCR 213, the Special Task Force on the
Future of Long Term Health Care hereby submits its final report
and recommendations. Recommendations contained in this report are
the result of careful examination of the long term health care
system in Texas, and are intended to address both immediate and
far-reaching concerns.
