1 AN ACT
2 relating to the creation of the Wood Trace Municipal Utility
3 District No. 4 of Montgomery County,, Texas; granting a limited
4 power of eminent domain; providing authority to issue bonds;
5 providing authority to impose assessments, fees, and taxes.
6 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
7 SECTION 1. Subtitle F, Title 6, Special District Local Laws
8 Code, is amended by adding Chapter 8052 to read as follows:
9 CHAPTER 8052. WOOD TRACE MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 4 OF
10 MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TEXAS
11 SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS
12 Sec. 8052.0101. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:
13 (1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.
14 (2) "Commission" means the Texas Commission on
15 Environmental Quality.
16 (3) "Director" means a board member.
17 (4) "District" means the Wood Trace Municipal Utility
18 District No. 4 of Montgomery County, Texas.
19 Sec. 8052.0102. NATURE OF DISTRICT. The district is a
20 municipal utility district created under Section 59, Article XVI,
21 Texas Constitution.
22 Sec. 8052.0103. CONFIRMATION AND DIRECTOR ELECTION23 REQUIRED. The temporary directors shall hold an election to
24 confirm the creation of the district and to elect five permanent1
