which is designed primarily for the use of junior officers and
enlisted men, each copy should be shared by a number of
readers. After you have read this copy, please pass it on.

The reprinting of this material within the service is en-
couraged. However, the restriction NOT TO BE PUBLISHED
-FOR MILITARY PERSONNEL ONLY should be main-
tained, and a copy of the publication in which the material is
reproduced should be sent to the Military Intelligence Service,
War Department, Washington 25, D. C.

It is recommended that the contents of the Intelligence Bul-
letin be used, whenever practicable, as a basis for informal
talks and discussions with troops.
