Junell Appointed H-SU Dr.Moore Retires from Dallas Exes

Public Relations Vice-Pres.Frank Junell of Abilene has
been appointed vice-president in
charge of public relations and in-
stitutional development at Har-
din - Simmons University. Junell
will replace Raymond Foy, who
resigned the post last fall, after
several months with the univer-
sity, due to ill health. Foy was
former sales manager for the Dal-
las Morning News.
"Nobody knew the university
better than Mr. Junell several
years ago," said President Rupert
N. Richardson in a meeting of the
H - S U administrative council,
"and we are happy to have Mr.
Junell back with us."
Junell, who has just completed
17 months active duty with the
United States Navy, served as as-
