Thero has been a decided improve-
ment; ln both the demand fur city
property and in sales this week. The
analysis of the artesian water whloh
pronounces it pure and its measur-
ment whloh gives over 750000 gallons
a day will help out wonderfully.
Everybody is now satisfied that the
water boom has something substan-
tial ln it. The certainty of the Grand
Trunk and tho actual revival of tbe
Aransas Pass will If our citizens will
only work together give us a good
healthy boom this spring and sum-
mer. Now is the time for parties who
