Weeks in some newspaper published in McLen-
nan County Texas prior to the return day
hereof to bo and appear before the honorable
District Court of McLennan County Texas at
tho next regular term thereof to be held In the
onrt House In tho City of Waco on the first
Monday in March A. D. 1889 then and there
to answer the plaintiff a petition filed in suit
In said Court on the 4th day of February A. D.
l'i wherein Walter Uresham Is plaintiff and
J M tollman and A . J. McKentle are defend-
ants File number f suit being 4020.
The nature or plaintiff's demand is as follows
to wit Suit for collection of one certain pro-
missory note made executed and delivered by
I U Coffman to A. J. McKcnilo on January
s 1887 due January 8th. 18S0forvalue received
for the sum of 300 with 10 per cent Interest per
annum from date and transferred by Indorse-
ment to Walter Gresbam plaintiff herein for
valuable consideration before maturity thoreor.
Plaintiff praya for judgment on said note and
foreclosure of Vendors Lien on the following
described tract or parcel of land to wit.
