was arreted by Officer. Anderson

lacher ohan-ing him with burglary
was filed against him. He gives his

last four days for lack of a Demo-
cratic quorum would be broken and
that tho debate would begin today.
The deputies of the sergeant-at armB
had brought back to Washington
enough miinbors under arrest to lill
out the quorum. There was a
better atteudiuco in tho galleries
than on any day Bince reconvening
ifter the holiday rocess and tho
lloor of the house fairly swarmed
with membeis. From fifteen to
twenty absentees have arrived since
Siturday.

sergeant-at arms of the honse under
tho resolution of Siturday are:
