Some of Texas' infinite variety in vacation enter-
tainment is suggested by the photographs on these
two pages. On this page, top, a family is photo-
graphed in a Dallas park; center, the Governor's
reception room in the Capitol in Austin is one of
many historic spots there; bottom, left, bluebonnets,
the state flower, and other blooms brighten high-
ways in the spring; and Fort Worth's Casa Manana
provides a modern setting for entertainment. Op-
posite page shows, top, Corpus Christi pirate queens
during Buccaneer Days; center left, Nacogdoches'
historic Old Stone Fort, now a museum of the
Stephen F. Austin State College campus; and right,
presentation of the award-winning musical drama,
"Texas," in the Pioneer Amphitheatre at Palo Duro
