merman and Henry Hauss had a diffi-
culty this morning in Mch Zimmer-
man was instantly killed and Hauss
dangerously wounded Zimmerman
sued his wife who Is mu s mother
for divorce and pnrtltlon of property
Tha caso was decided last week grant-
ing the divorce but gae the property
to the wife and children Zimmerman
tiled a suit yesterday against Henry
and Theo Ilauss for 1000 damages
alleging they had tried to Incarcerate
