gation has revealed a collection
of hats possessed by Armstrong
The McM junior's collection
includes nine felt hats several
traw hats and n couple of
Konf-an und" hats It has been
icported that two of the felt
hats were .icquired in Medan
Sumatra Indonesia where Arm-
vttong lived for a time
According to the "Hatter" the
oldevt hat in his collection was
bought b a gentleman 20 or 30
years ago to wear to Law School
at the University of Texas It
was worn only one or twice then
left in a rack until some years
later when Beyrl saw It and ask-

point problems and suggest solu-
tions. Kimball explained "We sincere-
ly hope it will augment and sup-
plement conservation issues
coming out of that assembly
hall" He said that Maurice
Strong Secretary General of the
Conference has expressed his
pleasure at learning of the NGO
symposium program being ar-
ranged by the Federation.
