Clipping of an article from the North Texas Daily regarding May McCutcheon's promotion from cafeteria head to a director for the Maple Street Hall cafeteria. McCutcheon is optimistic about the changes she will make for the students and to update the serving lines in West Hall as well. She also plans to remodel the Maple Street and Clark Hall cafeterias, but a specific time has not been scheduled.
