Description: Video footage from the Black Music and the Civil Rights Movement Concert of 1990 held by The Black Academy of Arts and Letters. The tape was recorded during the celebratory weekend held in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. of Melba Moore performing with a large choir on Sunday, January 12th. The footage shows Moore singing on a large stage backed by a 175-person choir dressed in white robes standing on risers. The footage includes various choir soloists and moods of music.
