The station has two entrances, one that read "White Waiting Room and The other marked "Colored Waiting Room." The photo has "Self Explanatory" written below it. The photograph was taken during one of McCann's two six-month tours in the Civilian Conservation Corps located in Pineland, Texas during the Great Depression.
