THere are handwritten notes all over the paper and on the back is a message that appears to read "Soft to Parties - NRCC Senatorial Committee Linus (sp?) - (And J---) hard to candidates. 25,000 to Senate Republicans then g--- 25,000 to Senate --- Susan - & $5 each hard dollar to Susan & Gordon".
