Description: Letter from H. Darrell Hay to John J. Herrera (including envelope) requesting Herrera's assistance in filing a suit against the attorney who represented Hay in his murder trial who had promised, after Hay was convicted to prison, to send Hay's possessions to his wife at the attorney's own expense. The attorney then did not forward the possessions on and was subsequently asking for compensation to do so, for which Hay could not pay.
