Description: Postcard of 11 Signal Corps Soldiers spelling out the phrase, "War Is Hell". The message was deciphered using the Semaphore Flag Signalling Alphabet System. The U.S. Soldiers are standing in front of tents at an unknown military camp location in El Paso, Texas.
