Description: Obituaries for James Irvin Guthrie and Sarah Ann McKinley. Guthrie, a veteran of the Mexican War, died of pneumonia at his home in Sumner County, Tennessee at the age of 77. At the time of his death, Guthrie had been married to his wife, Lizzie, for 50 years. He was survived by his wife and three of his children children.
