Description: Heavy, blue/brown cotton kimono. Lapped; asymmetrical. V-shaped opening with wide rectangular shaped double collar bands. Rectangular shaped; full-length, hanging sleeves in the Hirosode style, open beneath the underarm seams. Waist level seamed tuck. Full length, three panel skirt. Inside back yoke hanging to shoulder blades. Three Japanese characters worked in red thread below the inside back collar line. Contrasting warp and weft threads of blue and brown. Unlined.

Description: Ensemble. Made from a Japanese Kimono of orange silk with red, cream, and black Ikat design of elongated hexagons. A) Jacket. Formed of upper part of kimono, with Short band collar and wide kimono sleeves. Lined in red. Label sewn inside at collar: "Ryu-Bi Style / Kimono Suite / Made in Tokyo" B) (Not pictured) Skirt. Formed of the lower part of kimono, full-length, wrap style, wide waistband secured with two pairs of hook-and-eyes. Lined as jacket.

Description: Dress of bright green chiffon printed with multi-color shapes and with all-over scattered sequins and beading. The full-length A-line sheath has a round neckline with beaded band trim at neckline. The long sleeves have five non-functioning beaded buttons at wrist, and five hidden snap closures from wrist.
