Scrapbook containing records relating to the Frances B. Fisk Student Art Loan Fund and the Penny Art Fund. The Penny Art Fund was a fundraiser for art started by the General Federation of Women's Clubs in 1930 and adopted by Texas in 1933. Each club member donated one penny, which the Federation used to buy original art that was to be given to state clubs as prizes for outstanding work in promotion of art.
