Description: Letter from Thos. L. James to D. W. Kempner responding to a previous letter concerning a Model A tractor being picked up by Mr. Keyser, with promise of another tractor becoming available in December. James ends the letter by noting they have a previously requested disc harrow, at Kempner's request, available, but that a cultivator has not been ordered.

Description: Letter from W. B. Keyser to D. W. Kempner discussing the need for pedigreed seed and fertilizer that will cover his needs, but also corresponding tenants and gin customers. Keyser writes he will find out what turkeys are selling for, that he has no need for a cultivator since he already has one, and that Glazner sold his land to someone from Houston.
