Portrait of Beverly Elaine Waldman wearing what appears to be a corduroy dress over a light-colored blouse with lace trim. The sleeves on the dress have been tucked and pleated creating a flounce effect. The photograph was framed with a thick card stock material. Printed text on the bottom reads, "Chadwick Studio Houston, Tex." The framed image was then pasted in a fold-out card.

A Master Plan for Dallas, Texas, Report 8: Land Use

Report providing information about the ongoing city planning for Dallas, Texas that started with the Kessler Plan in 1911. This report includes maps and tables showing the existing land uses in Dallas as well as descriptions for each type of land use; one of the maps shows the buildings erected from 1935 to 1939, the other map shows buildings erected from 1940 to 1943.
