Description: Burnoose-style cape of lavender wool flannel. Mid-skirt length front and back, rounded at bottom to be shorter on each side. Fitted at shoulders. Attached hood gathered around face by use of ribbon ties woven through satin bound buttonholes around border of hood (ribbon missing). Center front opening and hem are trimmed with wide band of pastel green cording in scroll design. Closure of matching satin ribbon ties at neckline. Lined in pastel green satin.

Recorded copies of proceedings of the county court sitting as a probate court in cases involving estates of deceased individuals. Shows term of court, date of proceedings, names of officers present, subject of hearing, names of interested parties present, orders of the court, signed approval of county judge, and clerk's attestation. [Hoof rasp]

Description: Hoof rasp that is rectangular and flat. The bottom has small diamond-shaped teeth. The sides are horizontal. The top has big wedge teeth. The handle is long and skinny, but bent far over.

[Stock and die]

Description: The stock of the die is rectangular shaped with two long handles that come out opposite sides. One handle is part of the rectangle while the other screws on to tighten or loosen the five dies inside the stock. The rectangular part of the stock has a 10.5 cm X 2.7 cm rectangular opening into which the dies fit. On the dies are several engraved numbers. Description: Hand saw with a carved wooden handle and steel blade. Handle has a carved leaf pattern on one side with three brass bolts: top two are 1.2 cm in diameter and have no surface decoration, bottom bolt is 2.2 cm in diameter and is stamped with an eagle and with "Warranted / Pat. Dec. 27, 1887 / Superior"
