Only one column of the form is used and seems to possibly be a price list for items of clothing and equipage, including forage caps ($1.00), woolen blankets ($7.00),bugles ($3.65), and flannel sack coats ($4.80). There are no dates or names on the fragment, but it is probably from New York Volunteer Cavalry in 1864 or 1865.
