[Petition for building a school for the poor]

Description: The citizens of Northumberland County agree to a charter allowing another academy of the same name within the same county for the poor. The funding is discussed and the land that was for public use will be used. Petitioners are against the school being built with public funds and believe that the poor should be paying for their school.
