[Letters from Citizens to Police Department]

Description: Three letters addressed to the Dallas Police Department from citizens. The first letter, written by Albert H. Teipel, is dedicated to a description of a shooting which took place in the early 1930s. The target was a policeman. The writer of the second letter requests that the Chief of Police forward a check to Marina Oswald, while the writer of the third requests that a letter be forwarded to David Glass.
