Description: Photograph of four soldiers raising the flag for the first time at Camp Swift. Writing on the back reads: "Left to right: 1st Lt. Victor M. Wallace, adjutant; 2nd Lt. Henry Stone, Motor Pool Officer; Major Oscar P. Houston, Executive; and Major Earl Chase, Director of Supply. When the flag pole was originally set in place it was not perfectly vertical.
