Description: Letter from I. H. Kempner to D. Stuart Godwin Jr. replying to a letter Godwin sent on the 16th. Kempner states that since he was not billed for a flight ticket, he won't send Godwin a check but will instead send one should Godwin send him a message to request it. [Letter from Mrs. M. G. Tompkins to I. H. Kempner, March 21, 1949]

Description: Letter from Mrs. M. G. Tompkins to I. H. Kempner confirming two seats on a flight from Chicago to Cincinnati, as well as detailing the price for the seats including tax. Tompkins also requests that Kempner notifies the Harvey Travel Bureau on when he is expected to arrive in Chicago so that they can forward the information to the respective airline. There is also a typed afternote detailing the conditions of a discounted fare promotion that Kempner asked about in a previous letter.
