Description: Criminal intelligence report addressed to Captain W. P. Gannaway of the Special Service Bureau in Dallas, Texas. The report, which was submitted by detective R. W. Westphal, states that Guy Evertt Nice was arrested for carrying a prohibited drugs and weaponry. Nice had in his possession a letter written to Jack Ruby.
