[Letter from Henry Sayles to King & King, December 19, 1910]

Description: Letter from Henry Sayles to King & King stating he will request the quit claim cause whenever he has confirmed conveyance of the land from his grandmother and father for his mother. Sayles discusses different portions of land his father conveyed under power of attorney by his mother, though this was disallowed by the Supreme Court. Sayles requests certified deeds of the lands his father conveyed.

Text describes the area, climate, soils, agriculture, irrigation, and drainage of these counties.
