Necktie-Holder.

Description: Patent for a necktie-holder "which may either be used in connection with a four-in-hand or bow tie." (lines 10-11) including illustrations. The holder has been adapted to maintain the tie in the proper position by having it be engageable with the collar button and secured within the tie.
