[McKenna Park Standpipe Water Tower]

Description: Photograph of a water tower at McKenna Park. It was painted green and white in support of the University of North Texas in the Fall of 1967. One can see see-saws, picnic tables, and trees on the hillside in the foreground. This water tank could hold two million gallons. It was used for "water pressure purposes and extra storage."
