Cocktail dress of black silk chiffon with two tiers of black ostrich feathers and lightly beaded chiffon at hemline. V-shaped neckline is trimmed with hanging black beads. Adjustable spaghetti strap shoulders. Knee length. Center back zipper closure. Lined in black polyester.
