- Patent for "car-replacers or wrecking-frogs employed for guiding the wheels of a derailed car or locomotive to the rails." (Lines 7-10) Includes instructions and illustrations.

- Patent for a car-replacer that has a stronger construction and is more efficient than other car-replacers. It has two skids, one on each side of the rail, the inside skid meant to deflect car-wheels to the rail, and the outside skid meant to slu "the truck in line with the track, and at the same time cause the wheels to be forced sideways on the rails" (lines 27-29).

- Patent for a car-shade adjuster in passenger-coaches of street-cars that allows shades to "be raised or lowered at will and held firmly in any desired position" (lines 18-19). - Patent for an apparatus for operating churns and ice-cream freezers. To operate, one turns a handle, and through a series of gears, pulleys, and wheels, the cream is stirred. The churn container rotates and sits in a frame where the apparatus is fixed above it.

The tube has a fan around it at the top of the chamber, and the air goes through the fan, is sucked into the tube, and is released at the bottom of the chamber in order to agitate the cream.

It has a two-part cabinet, the top part equipped with a hinged top, a crank shaft, ratchet-wheel, spring pawl, and a tubular square pocket at the end of the crank-shaft. The square pocket is where one can attach a handle to operate the churn. The lower half of the cabinet opens on the side and contains the container, dasher-rod, and churn-dashers.

- Patent for a combination-plow that "may be combined with facility to form a variety of plows designed for work of different kinds, the present invention being an improvement upon that shown and described in Patent No. 492,462, granted to [the inventor] February 28, 1893" (lines 10-15).

- Patent for a combined air-hose coupling and stop-valve. One must shut off the cut-off valve before the coupling can be disconnected. When the valve is closed, air pressure is balanced so the couplings can be safely disconnected, and prevents dirt from getting into the train-pipe.

It is inserted into a woman's vagina and is used to deliver medication "and to stimulate the genitals to a healthy and normal action both mechanically and electrically" (lines 11-13). - Patent for a quilting frame which can be quickly set up and collapsed, which folds up to occupy a minimum amount of space, and which can be converted for use as cutting and ironing table. Includes instructions and illustrations.

- Patent for a combined trunk and dressing-case. The trunk has drawers, and the lid of the trunk has a mirror in its lid. "The lid is connected at one end by a hinged strap with one end of the body of the trunk, so as to be adapted to be moved into position for closing the body and to be supported in upright position on the same in line with the bottom, so that it forms a proper support for a looking-glass, shelf, and the like" (lines 19-26).

The panel of the door or the pane of glass can also be united by the key. This design lightens and cheapens doors and window-sashes.

- Patent for a cotton-cleaning and bat-forming apparatus that prepares cotton for compression into bales. The apparatus is meant to increase the value of the cotton it processes, and do so in an efficient and inexpensive manner. The amount of compression doubles the number of pounds of cotton one can fit into a bale. The chute does not let air out of the apparatus while cotton is being cleaned, and the air-pressure in the cleaner-condenser does not restrict the cotton's movement into the cleaner.

- Patent for a cotton elevating and distributing device, one that feeds cotton to multiple gins at the same time. This device is meant to save time and be simply and efficiently constructed.
- Cotton-Elevator and Gin-Feeder.
- Patent for an inexpensive cotton-elevator and gin-feeder that is easy to assemble and have removable screens and suspended chutes and feeders. Suction draws the cotton through the distributing trunk, and gravity drops the cotton into a gin. These concepts are also outlined in the inventor's previous patents, Nos 472,607 and 488,446.

- Patent for a cotton gin that removes lint-cotton from the saws using an air-suction mechanism instead of a brush, which pose a fire hazard and can impair the gin's effectiveness. An air-blast mechanism is also an ineffective method of cleaning lint-cotton from the saws. The air-suction mechanism sucks "the lint-cotton directly from the rear portions of the saw-teeth independently of and without a brush, and an apparatus for preventing the withdrawn lint-cotton from passing into and through the air-suction apparatus" (lines 84-89).

- Patent for a cotton-harvester meant to pick the ripe cotton but leaves the plants or unripe cotton and to improve the construction of cotton-harvesters.

- Patent for a simple, inexpensive, and efficient cotton loading and weighing device for wagons. It can be easily put onto or removed from any wagon. This invention has a unique way of "clamping-loop or wire support by means of which the main inclined beam or support of the device is firmly and securely upheld and braced with relation to the tail-gate of a wagon with which said clamping frame or loop is adapted to engage" (lines 25-31).
