- Bale or Bundle Wiring Tool.
- Patent for a tool that tightly twists wire around a bale in a bale press. It works quickly and works better than other wiring tools. "This tool is so constructed that two or more wires can be grasped at two different times independent of each with one movement of the hand, not loosening the grip on the first wire while the second wire is grasped and cut off" (lines 35-40).
- Bale-Wiring Tool.
- Patent for a bale wiring tool that "consists of a shank of proper length and diameter, with wire clamping and cutting mechanism on its lower end, and mechanism on its other end to rotate said tool" (lines 23-27). It also has "two independent clamping and cutting jaws, so that one wire can be clamped in the tool, while the other wire can be drawn tight around the bale and then placed in the tool and clamped and cut off, when the tool can be rotated by a brace or by a rack and pinion...and the wire twisted to form a tie" (lines 28-35).

- Patent for a new and improved cotton chopper. This design consists in "the combination, with the axle, of the U-frame having bearings at its ends for the axle and a rearwardly-disposed sleeve, a shaft mounted in the sleeve and projecting beyond the same at each of its ends and provided with choppers at its rear end and a gear at its front end, a master-gear splined upon the axle and having a grooved hub, and a pivoted yoke terminating in the hub and a lever for operating the same to throw the gear into contact with that upon the shaft" (lines 1-12).

- Patent for improvements in grain conveyers by using a slotted platform with parallel walls on the sides, a conveyer-block having arms and friction-rollers that is moved by an endless chain in between the walls, a lever keyed on a shaft and two gears in constant mesh with each other; all these parts working together to creating a mechanism that drives the conveyers in either direction to accomplish the binding of the grains.
