Adjustable Rack for Railway-Cars.
Patent for improvements on racks in railway-cars including more storage for smaller items, an adjustable rack for children or elderly persons to be able to reach without needing to stand on the car seat, a titled hinge that allows a rack to be pulled for ward and pushed back, and other improvements.
Agricultural Implement.
Patent for "agricultural implements to be used for tilling the soil and planting, either separately or at one and the same operation, and has for its object to reduce the expense incurred by the general practice of first preparing the land for planting and subsequently sowing the seed. Beer Tapping Apparatus.
Patent for a new and improved beer tap. This design calls for the air pipe to go within the beer tapping pipe and for a pump to supply the air pipe with air. This eliminates the need of a rubber nipple to connect the air pipe, easily cleans the pipe coil, and allows for the tapping of the keg from without the icebox.
Brace.
Patent for a new and improved brace. This design consists in "[t]he combination . . . of the cistern or its equivalent having internal circumferential seats and the brace-sections having edge flanges fitted to said seats and having such flanges cut away at one end, whereby the section may fit at one end in the end of the adjacent section" (lines 30-36).
