This Report describe This several topics, including research, cybersecurity, state investments, natural disaster funding, tax policy, and spending limits. The Committee met twice prior to the pandemic and took testimony on four charges covered in this report. Committee staff worked with agencies and stakeholders during the shutdown to gather information on charges relating to research and cybersecurity – issues that this Committee has worked on extensively over the years.
