Running Gear for Wagons.

Description: Patent for a new and improved running-gear for wagons. This design consists "[i]n a running-gear for carriages and wagons, the combination, with the axle provided with the collars of the stationary and rotary disks, and interposed anti-friction rollers mounted on arms projecting from disks, which are mounted on bolts, constituting axles for the rotary disks and the horizontal wheels and in the boxes" (lines 10-17).

Vehicle Top.

Description: Patent for a new and improved vehicle-top. This design "consists in the combination, of a vehicle-top, with upright rods having their upper ends bent to conform to the shape of the roof, the upper ends of the rods being secured to strips held on the under side of the roof of the top, and on which rods curtains are held to slide up and down" (lines 12-18).
