Patent for an improved type of tillage implement of the harrow type that can be used in places other harrows can't operate, as well as being capable of being operated in close proximity to plants without damaging them. Illustration included.
Knee-Pad.
Patent for a knee pad to be used by berry or cotton pickers, or other workers that are often in a kneeling position. The knee pad consists of a frame made of "one piece of spring wire of rather coarse gage, a roller revolubly attached to the front end of the frame, and cloth or canvas stretched across the frame" (lines 23-27). The cloth is easy to remove and replace.

Patent for a simple, accurate try-square composed of minimal pieces for the ease of use in measuring and tracing requirements needed for architects, carpenters, and similar professions, with illustrations and instructions.
Spur.
Patent for an improvement in spurs, this one containing a forked end with a rowel on each end of the fork. This is to ensure the rowels have a broad surface adjacent to each rowel and to prevent less injury to an animal when in use.
Pump-Piston.
Patent for an improved pump piston used to pump oil from deep wells. The main improvement in this piston is that it is less susceptible to damage from sand or sediment by keeping sediment out of the piston valve, thus preventing it from accruing any long term damage that may render the piston irreparable. This design is also capable of fixing any wear due to sand or grit without removing the piston from the well.

Patent for a process for the conversion of liquids, fluids, and oils that converts these fluids into more buoyant products with lower specific gravities and boiling points. This process seeks to meet demand for engine fuels, gasoline, and oils, and augment the diminishing supply of these natural products.
