In the letter, Dodd and Franklin tell Moore about the well-being of the family and of the farm. They mention that they are not sure if they will be moving to Texas. Dodd mentions that she would like Moore to visit, and would like to return to Texas with Moore. Franklin closes by sending regards to Mary's husband, Charles B. Moore. Included with this item is the envelope in which the letter was mailed. The envelope, postmarked January 29, is addressed to Charles B. Moore Esq., in McKinney, Texas.

McCarter writes that because the evaluation was received at such an early date they were able to put into action many of the suggested recommendations and observations made and have begun the development of Leadership seminars which will allow NTIEVA to train the future trainers.

McCarter appreciates the evaluation and they have already how they have adjusted their activities based on the recommendations. However, there are some criticism to Wilson' evaluation and McCarter feels him and his team have more experience when it comes to specific areas.
